Dr. Ashby uses a specific technique to support the mind and body called

"Integrative Processing Technique" or IPT. 

IPT uses a variety of methods to help release stress from the mind and body and, ultimately, rewire the brain to change thinking patterns and habits in your life that are no longer working for you or supporting your health.

By nurturing the mind through these methods, the health of the body can be optimized.

Where are you located?

All Well-Life services are virtual tele-health services, meaning that all sessions are done online and over the phone. No matter where you live, you can stay in the comfort of your home and still access expert services!

How many mind-body coaching sessions will I need?

For most health concerns, I would recommend at least 10-12 sessions, but more may be required. While stress relief should be felt after your first mind-body session, it will take time for the brain to rewire how it functions, and in turn, influence the body. Remember that healing is more often a process than one single event.

How long is a mind-body coaching session?

Most sessions last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. During this time, I will assist you in releasing heavy emotions, change limiting beliefs and modify actions that are hurting your mind and body.
